We trade on trust and goodwill. That means your personal data is tret in exactly the same way we want ours to be treated. We only collect the bare minimum information needed to give you a great experience, run your design projects, and keep in touch. We never sell your data to third parties, and we never will. 

The Essentials (UK GDPR)

To comply with UK data protection laws, this is how we handle your information:

• What we collect: Your name, email, phone number, and business details when you fill out a form or hire our studio.
• Why we hold it: We process your data under the legal basis of 
  Contractual Necessity (to deliver your design projects and invoices) and Legitimate Interests (to reply to your website enquiries).
• How long we keep it: We hold active client records to satisfy UK tax laws, but we clear out old, inactive marketing or enquiry data regularly. If you wish us to stay in touch and add you to newsletter databases we will ask, and you will be able to unsubscribe at any time.
• Your Rights: You hold total control. At any time, you have the right to request a copy of your data, ask us to fix errors, or demand that we delete your details entirely (which we will if you have no outstanding projects or invoices – see Terms and Conditions of Business)
