We were chuffed to bits when we were asked to brand and help organise the festival at Bradfield in Sheffield – one of the high points for the crowds, competitors and TV coverage.
The brand was developed as “The Steel Stage”, translated to retain the Gallic flavour of the weekend as “Etapé d’acier”.
An effectively designed website helped the Steel Stage sell out and was the number one search result for “tour de france camping” in the weeks leading up to the race generating around 11,000 page views.
The festival, which lasted over the whole two days, with live music, hog roasts and an unofficial impromptu Hill Climb competition was so successful the sponsors want to do it all again next year.
